Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DairyFarmPro mobile application and related services ("Service"), operated by ICEO Manstars Global Pvt Ltd ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1Definitions

Service — the DairyFarmPro app and its features for dairy farm management, including herd records, milk and feed tracking, health records, analytics and reports.
Owner — a farm owner who subscribes to a paid plan.
Practitioner — a professional who uses the Service to work with one or more farms and may participate in our referral programme.
Subscription — a recurring paid plan (Starter, Basic, Standard or Pro) that provides access to plan-specific features.

2Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. Accounts are created and verified using your mobile number and a one-time password (OTP). You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under it. Information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date.

3The Service

DairyFarmPro helps you record and analyse dairy farm operations. Insights, benchmarks and reports are provided for informational and decision-support purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional veterinary, nutritional, financial or legal advice, and you remain responsible for decisions made about your animals and business.

4Subscriptions & billing

How billing works today. When your free trial ends, you'll be billed for your plan each cycle on the billing date you choose. Payments are currently completed manually — you approve each payment, and nothing is auto-debited yet.

Coming soon. Automatic renewal via UPI AutoPay or a card mandate. When we enable it, you'll be able to opt in; your plan will then renew automatically until you cancel, and you'll receive a pre-debit notification before each charge, as required by the Reserve Bank of India.

Current plan prices and billing frequency are shown in the app before you subscribe. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).
You may cancel at any time (see the Refund & Cancellation Policy). Cancellation stops future billing; access continues until the end of the current paid period.
Automatic recurring payments (e-mandate) are not yet active. When introduced, you will authorise them explicitly and can cancel the mandate at any time.

5Fees & taxes

All prices are in Indian Rupees. We are not currently registered for GST, so no GST is charged. The price shown is the total amount payable. If our tax status changes, any applicable taxes will be shown and added at checkout. Fees may change from time to time; we will give reasonable notice, and changes apply from your next billing cycle. Payments are processed by our payment partner (Razorpay); we do not store your full card details.

6Practitioner referral programme

Practitioners may earn referral benefits or commissions under separately published programme terms. Participation, eligibility, rates and payout conditions are subject to those terms and to applicable law, and may be modified or discontinued. Nothing in this Service constitutes an employment or agency relationship between the Company and any Practitioner.

7Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by: attempting to gain unauthorised access; interfering with its operation or security; uploading unlawful, infringing or harmful content; or using it to violate any law or third-party right.

8Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design and content (excluding data you enter), is owned by the Company and protected by law. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose. Data you enter remains yours; you grant us a licence to process it to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

9Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that insights or benchmarks will produce any particular outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

10Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service unlawfully. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; certain provisions (such as fees owed, disclaimers and limitations) survive.

11Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Ambala, Haryana shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.

12Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date, and material changes will be notified where required. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
