Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how billing for DairyFarmPro works, how you can cancel, and when refunds apply. DairyFarmPro is operated by ICEO Manstars Global Pvt Ltd.
1How billing works
Manual payments today. When your free trial ends, you'll be billed each cycle on your chosen date, and you complete each payment yourself — nothing is auto-debited right now.
Coming soon. Automatic renewal via UPI AutoPay or a card mandate. When enabled, you'll opt in, your plan renews until you cancel, and you'll receive a pre-debit notification before each charge.
2How to cancel
- You can cancel at any time from within the app on your plan/billing screen, or by emailing assist@dairyfarmpro.com from your registered contact.
- Cancellation stops all future billing.
- After cancellation, you keep access to your paid plan until the end of the billing cycle you have already paid for. Your subscription then ends and is not renewed.
- Once automatic renewal is enabled, you'll also be able to cancel a UPI AutoPay or card mandate through your bank or UPI app; doing so stops future automatic debits.
3Refunds
Because DairyFarmPro provides continuous access to a digital service, subscription fees are generally non-refundable, including for partially used billing periods. However, we will review and, where appropriate, refund charges in cases such as:
- Duplicate or erroneous charges — e.g. you were charged more than once for the same period, or charged after a valid cancellation.
- Failed access — you paid but were unable to access the paid features due to a verified fault on our side that we could not resolve.
To request a refund, email assist@dairyfarmpro.com with your registered mobile number and transaction details within 7 days of the charge. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days, though your bank may take additional time to reflect them.
4Price changes
If plan prices change, the new price applies from your next billing cycle after we give notice. You can cancel before renewal if you do not wish to continue at the revised price.
