Delete your account

You can request deletion of your DairyFarmPro account and associated personal data at any time. This page explains how, and what is removed or retained.

1How to delete your account

In the app: open Profile → Delete account, confirm, and your account will be scheduled for deletion.

Without the app: email assist@dairyfarmpro.com from your registered mobile number (or include it in the message) with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify and process your request.

2What happens

• Your account is marked for deletion and access is disabled.
• After a 30-day grace period (during which you can cancel by contacting us), your personal data is permanently removed or anonymised.

3What is deleted

• Your profile information — name, mobile number, email and preferences.
• Farm and herd data you own that is not shared with anyone else.

4What is retained

• Financial and transaction records (e.g. payment and invoice history) are retained in anonymised form for the period required by applicable tax and accounting law. These no longer identify you personally.
• Data belonging to other users — for example, if you share a farm with an employee or a practitioner, records needed for their continued use may be retained. You may be asked to transfer or remove shared access before deletion completes.
