This Privacy Policy explains how ICEO Manstars Global Pvt Ltd ("we", "us") collects, uses, shares and protects your information when you use the DairyFarmPro app and services ("Service"). By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.

1Information we collect

• Account information — your name, mobile number, preferred language, role (owner or practitioner) and related profile details.
• Farm and operational data — information you enter about your farm, herd, milk production, feed, health events and related records.
• Transaction information — your subscription plan, billing history and payment status. Payments are processed by our payment partner; we do not collect or store your full card number or UPI credentials.
• Device and usage information — basic technical data such as device type, app version, and interactions with features, used to operate and improve the Service.

2How we use your information

• To provide, maintain and improve the Service and its analytics and reports.
• To create and manage your account and authenticate you via OTP.
• To process subscriptions, recurring payments and billing.
• To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
• To send service-related communications, including pre-debit and renewal notifications.
• To detect, prevent and address fraud, abuse or security issues, and to comply with law.

3Payments

Subscription payments and recurring mandates (UPI AutoPay and card mandates) are handled by our third-party payment processor, Razorpay. Your payment is subject to Razorpay's own terms and privacy policy. We receive confirmation of payment status and limited transaction details, but not your full card or UPI credentials.

4How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed:

• Service providers — payment processing (Razorpay), cloud hosting and infrastructure, and similar vendors who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
• Practitioners you associate with — if you (as an owner) associate a practitioner with your farm, relevant farm data is shared with that practitioner to enable their work, and vice versa, consistent with your use of the Service.
• Legal and safety — where required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect rights, safety and the integrity of the Service.

5Data retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data (see "Your rights").

6Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including authentication controls and encrypted transport. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and to address issues promptly.

7Your rights

You may access or correct your profile information within the app, and you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at assist@dairyfarmpro.com. We will respond in accordance with applicable law. You can also delete your account and personal data at any time — see our Account Deletion page for how to request it, what is removed, and what is retained.

8Children

The Service is intended for users aged 18 and over and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9Third-party links and services

The Service may link to or rely on third-party services. Their use of your information is governed by their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.

10Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date, and notify you of material changes where required.
